Yes that is the exact one. The installer told me it's a old lnb and that they may not have any but after calling his supervisor, he found out that they had one left and that it was used as they don't make them brand new anymore.

Well it fixed the issue. I don't know which arc I am on. Also the installer said it's his first Hopper 3 install and his first Hopper 3 install with international.

Well I am #97 on the list to be contacted but I called in at noon today and got my upgrade done over the phone and install date set for tomorrow afternoon.
CS also told me depending on the account that the install fee could be waived, but I guess we will find out tomorrow. If we can't get the install fee waived what is the minimum we would need to keep the dish protection plan and what does it cost ?
