You are right on the difference, but I could not order one from dish without upgrading to a DVR service. So i have to get it from the retailers instead of dish.

Yes you are right. Now i am pointing to 110, 119, 118 & 129. I did make sure that locals/hd premium channels/at250 hd channels and international are airing as expected. Good pointers.
