my two cents is you have exhausted this to the end. I agree with the other members and just count it as a computer glich, which is something we have all experienced and move on....give it a rest!!

First I would check your DVR clock to see if it is set to the right time and if it is.. then you can set up when you choose a program to record there is a box for start and stop times...just choose in start time 2-3-4 minutes earlier and you will probably get some commercials but you can fast...

I'm glad I didn't force download it now after I read all the problems people are having. Which I know some are just the people themself and their equipment. I 'm not that brave....I'll wait till D* sends it out themself...right now my HR20-100 is working just fine and I would like it to stay...

I live on the east coast and as of yesterday, I haven't had any upgrade to my HR20-100 receiver. Anybody else having this same problem? thanks

I signed up for the extra HD package because I like HD that much!! $4.99 is a small price to pay for the quality of picture you get. Isn't that the whole reason you got the HD in the first place. The thing that get's me is people will pay $3.50 for a pack of cigarettes but complain about...

I have the HR20-100 and I wonder if anybody has got the Ox1EA upgrade in Florida? I checked mine just now and still haven't gotten it. still have the old upgrade of Nov 07 on screen when info checked.
