I live in FL and received my notice on the 30th. I went to the Post Office today and attempted to mail the opt out form by certified mail and I was told the zip code 80120-9040 is invalid for a PO Box. USPS's website shows the zip code should be 80160-9040. I cant help but wonder if this is...
