old 722 would not off load files or let me watch recorded shows .

722k just replaced , anyway to recover recorded stuff to replacement 722k ? They don’t want old unit back .

Channel 242TRU audio level very low , all others are ok .

Can the DISH Guides get any more useless? They don't show the actors names any more. The two Sinclair stations both show the same data for the OTA but correct info for the SAT since the threatened shutdown. The two PBS stations have the same problem for about a year. WHAT 'S NEXT ?

IT's BACK , When I go to a new thread it goes to the last entry (sometimes). When I go to a viewed thread it goes to the first one again (sometimes). This makes it difficult to follow the threads. It's almost as bad as the DISH Guide,LOL.

Thanks for the info , it started to work now. I had logged out before but that didn't help , maybe I didn't wait long enough . I just use the computer no smart phone . Thanks again.

Selecting a Thread always starts at 1st one not the last one I viewed , is it Me or has something been changed ?

722k with 9 TV2s and 5 21.1 remotes . Tried to add another and get message : You are attempting to set both remotes to the same address. You are not allowed to do this. Select another remote address for one of the two remote addresses. I can't find any mention of this error in any of my Dish...

Had a similar problem with my 722k and W.A. sat 129 . Tech came out and found all 3 lnb's were half filled with WATER . Changed to E.A. to get HD locals not through OTA . Very satisfied.

IR worked but not UHF , but your comment had me try it again and I found the remote RF ant (8' coax) connector had come apart , fixed it . Thanks !!!!!
