Call the Dish phone # and talk to a customer service person. If they can't give you what you want, ask for someone from Retention. I've had great luck with them. Cut nearly 20 bucks from my bill and got new equipment upgrade at no cost.

Had the same issue again tonight about 7:30 pm. Black screen on locals. Immediately went to point dish. No signal strength for about 15 seconds, then went to around 50. Cancelled out of settings and returned to live tv on locals. All locals returned. Been good the rest of the night

I've seen this done for a post that had too much movement because of thin guage steel or extra long post. Take another post of the same diameter and sister it to the main post by either using wire ties or metal banding. Could even use long u-bolts. This only needs to be done to the above...

I hope that the note about having a 625 dvr was just a side note, because if you're thinking of getting HD on a 625 it won't happen, unless I'm misinformed.
