If you have a waiver, does it remain in effect forever or do you have to renew it?

If you live in a "White Area" and can't receive tv signals, BUT DIRECTV provides your locals, can you still get a Distant Network Signal IF the local station grants you a waiver?

The Comcast SportsNet sports networks are part of NBC Universal. Dish and DirecTV have never carried CSN-Philadelphia. Could Dish request arbitration as a vehicle to obtain CSN-Philadelphia?

Since it appears that CSN Philly will never come to Directv, I am considering purchasing a Slingbox so I can hook it up to a Comcast Cable box at my mother's place and get the Phillies games this summer. I noticed there are a few different Slingbox models. Does it matter which version I purchase?
