    Tony, an update on my end.. the status of my reward @ mydishrewards.com finally changed status to "unqualified". I believe the reason listed was"Activation not verified"

    I am in the same boat. I completed an amazon order for a HDTV on 1/31, registered for DISH on 2/5. Completed installation and activation on 2/12. I just completed a reward request but I am concerned they may deny me since I was unaware of the promotion code
