I live out in the stix, but my co op phone Company has been converting over to fiber.

Never wanted a DVR, Hulu has a guide. I can watch pretty much anything on demand.

Just cancelled Dish, got 200MBS Fiber now amd doing Hulu Live with every channel I want for $78 versus $130 on Dish, and no loss of signal when it rains. Been a Sat sub since 1998, but tech has made it a dinosaur.

My Phone co-op is about to put fiber to my house and instead of 20 MBS DSL I will have 200 MBS Fiber, when I get that I plan on cutting the cord to Sat, I get tired of signal loss in the rain and paying for what I do not want to watch, most of what i watch is on Discovery plus, an Outside...

My Wally has about 50-52% signal strength of 61.5 and 72 Sats, my locals are pixelated very badly. Is that a good SS number?

I have never had a Dish DVR because with on demand there is no need to record and streaming is the same deal, I could care less about the NFL,NBA,MLB etc.

it is a user owned coop, no data caps, 200mbs speed, I can get any movie on streaming services, my outside antenna gives me my locals with ALL of their sub channels, Discovery plus has about 90% of what i watch, i have a Firestick, free Apple TV for a year, my TV bill will go down by over $100...

My local coop phone Co. is running fiber down my road and the installers said it should be getting hooked up in the next week or so, as soon as my Dish contract is up, i will be pulling the plug and going streaming, for a lot less money, with no "total signal loss" messages anymore, and no QVC...

I put in 113 and it goes to 112, 113 is not there

Did they remove it? I use my voice remote and a message pops up that says it is not available on Dish, I was watching programming on it yesterday.

They said I did not qualify for a free OTA
