    They WOULDN'T? If he/she was my agent, they'd get a reaming over that. If you have DHPP, they could've RA'D it. Ask them to do that next time, and if they don't ask to speak to a supervisor.     I actually don't know if you're charged for the LNB if you don't have DHPP. I'll have to check. I do know DHPP custs get them free.

    Call us ASAP. As far as what the tech did, it may or may not be in the acct. notes. The signal loss may not necessarily be due to the alignment, either. If you're within your 90 days, which you say you are, there is no sense in waiting. This problem does *not* clear up on its own.

    Actually, with the exception of the LNBF and the receiver (unless it's purchased), you do own the DISH equipment. That said, every call I get, I look at the situation and use my best judgment. If it's day 91, I'm going to cut the caller some slack, esp. if they have a good history with us...
