When are they going to fire up all of the recently added PBS HD channels?

I have noticed my rain fade issues have increased tremendously in the past couple of months on 61.5 and 72. Not nearly as many problems with 110 and 119.

I wonder why they added WUNE and WUNP? I wish they would add one of the UNC-TV channels in HD!!
