    Rant invalid since Everything Pack is Top 250 + Cinemax, Showtime, Starz and HBO so that wouldn't work unless DIY gets absorbed by one of those 4 premiums.

    I've been getting messages on my tv telling me that i need to pay my dish bill when i already paid a

    I had this happen a while back, went on vacation and forgot to pay the bill. Came back and laid it but still had pop ups. Instead of hitting the cancel button to escape the message, you have to acknowledge it (hit ok/enter) twice. I did it and it went away.

    Run a check switch to force a download. Menu System Setup Installation Point Dish Check Switch Test Wait for test Then exit all the way out. I usually cancel all the way out and then it should start back up and force it to download program guide

    PPV EXPIRY DATES DIRT?

    No extra charge by doing it by phone as long as its through the automated system. The CSRs can't process the ppv coupons. Only the IVR and on the web.

    Smallest package w/ HD?

    The AT 120 should allow you to keep your HD for life. A relative of mine had the Latino Dos and she has HD for life as well. But the cheapest HD package you should be able to get is the Dish America.

    69.99-34.99= $35/ 30 days = $1.17 per day times 3days = $3.51 + $5 fee for changing = $8.51 + Tax???

    What package do you have now? If its on the lower side, you may have to at least get the Dish America.

    I'd insure the boxes if you send them out on your own. If they show up to Dish broken, they can try and charge her MSRP.

    I'd get in touch with their broadband department and see if it can be replaced. I assume there has to be some sort of warranty.
