Thanks all for your replies. As suggested, I'll check the old box manual for audio settings and contact the station again. But I, too, am wondering why if it's the fault of the box, all the other local stations are coming in just fine, picture and sound.

State line separates Pittsburg, KS, and Joplin, Mo. For KOAM, CBS, drop the "h" from Pittsburg, and locate it in KS, not MO. Otherwise, everything seems to be correct.
I think what you saw was: "Since we got our new Dish high speed internet connection, we can do anything we want", or words to that effect. The spot is currently running.
According to Google, Al Jazeera America is slated to replace Current TV on or about August 20th. If Dish Network has commented on this upcoming channel change, sorry I missed it. Anyone know?
