ok I figured it out I had to delete all the old satellite names and start over remaing satellites storing the info all is good again

dug out this old fta dvb receiver dmt 2000 astro tel I did a factory reset clear all the satellites/transponders in memory ,when I go into edit transpnders on renaming the satellites to new satellites names like amc 15 etc ,etc, and you put in the freq and sr numbers and save to the list it...

it charge up fast in about an hour and the settings were already scored in the memory of the unit guess it testing time if the weather good next couple days may give it a try

thanks for the response iceberg I figured the dish 500 was too small gonna rig something up on the ku lnb on the dish 1000 and one more question on hiding the dish if I use a plastic storage container one large enough to fit over the dish to hide it any one have some results with that ? good...
