Ok, I finally made it back to their house and the model is D12-100.

Thanks for all the posts. I emailed his Daughter and will have her look on the back to see what the model is. I looked on Ebay and I know it's not an H25, because his doesn't have an HDMI port. It could be any model, but it reminded of an SD "D12" model. I will get her answer and reply...
