dish in-house is not always checked at all....last i heard the target was 10% but i have no idea if that is still accurate today.
also subcontractors jobs are checked just as frequently as in house. in some areas they can even be inspected more frequently depending on...
that signal meter is very misleading......
a couple of years ago dish modified the way the signal level was shown in the receiver and it doesn't get anywhere near 125 now.....
he probably gave you a 1000.4 and depending on which satellite you're posting levels from that could very well be...
yeah....i saw that.......i've done multiple chats and multiple calls and each time the chat agents have been great and the phone agents have been atrocious
its just ironic (to me anyways) that most of the chat is routed overseas when everyone is moaning about bringing jobs home.
HA....thats awesome because the only competent people at comcast i have dealt with have been on the online chat. I must have made 10 calls to get my bill corrected in the first couple of months I had the service and nobody over the phone was able to do ANYTHING.

The average customer would save money with dish via the receiver fees.....as was already explained in an earlier post.
As an installer, most of the homes I enter only have one or two hdtvs at the most.....and most don't typically care about dvr or hd at both locations.....
