If I read your post correctly, you only have the problem when it's plugged into one specific outlet, works properly when another outlet is used?

I tried with the D9479 - unsuccessful. There didn't seem to be a Passthru or Standalone mode like the D9477. And there didn't seem to be a way to provision the unit using the Command port.

To get it working in DVBViewer, I had to manually enter Video Pid and select HEVC.

So far, only way I have been able to play is recording from TransEdit, and play using MPC-HC. DVBViewer and my TSReader did not recognize the video stream.
