Solved it for me I got rid of my TV2 and have a dualdvr. I came across the second remote for tv 2: 6.3 IR/UHF Pro. I took off the key and moved the white tab two clicks to the right (starting on the left) and now it works. So I have two remotes for one tv (HD 52inch). Awesome!

I read an earlier post about this and it's happening to me. I lock out channels I don't want/don't use....like VOD's. But, they keep popping back up the next day. Is this a bug or can it be fixed somehow?

I have a duo dvr 722, paperless billing/autopay, and was still paying the $5 tv connection 2 fee until I happened to be talking to a csr about a programming fee and mentioned this fee. They removed it. I wish they had done this by themselves months ago...

Just worked! On the website I couldn't process the drop of HD Platinum (to just HD for free which I was grandfathered in) because I wasn't allowed to make more than one online switch in programming every 12 months. They gave a phone number that I called. They processed it in 3 minutes, waived...

Comparison I just switched from TurboSilverHD (DishAmericaSilver) to AT200. I made a comparison chart to evaluate what I would gain and lose by going to AT120 or AT200, including Platinum. See attachment.

I'm thinking of switching from TurboHDSilver(DAS) to AT120/200. To help reduce costs, I'm thinking of getting rid of my second tv (SDTV) since I rarely use it. Will this save me the TV2 connection fee of 5 bucks? Will I get to keep the 722 or do they change the receiver if you only have one tv?
