Agree with what Joe said. So frustrating to have 3 DVRs and not be able to choose to record on a different one. Otherwise it works great for me.

Looks like I might have a bad HR21. It never gets past Step 1 of 2, and I can hear the hard drive spin up, click a few times, then spin down over and over. Tried leaving it unplugged for a while but it didn't matter. Am I looking at paying for a replacement? Or would an external hard drive...

Yeah, no idea why my push button didn't work but the pin code worked fine. I need to get a USB adapter or two. I am annoyed the 3300s didn't bridge with each other because the bridge units only have 2 ports on them, so I have to hang additional switches off them to make them work the way I need.

Yeah, I told them to just ship me mine. I'll miss my poor old Tivo, but it gets little use these days anyway. I wonder if I could have bargained them for a reduced price on an HR21 Pro....
