No longer outputs via hdmi but does via composite. I know the tv is good because if i leave one end of the hdmi cable connected to the tv and connect the other end to my laptops hdmi port then video appears. if i then remove from laptop and plug into super joey, video goes black again. again...

just an fyi, the judge does not need to re-consider vooms summary judgement motion, he can simply issue a summary judgement himself. i believe these are the documents that dish most recently attempted to conceal but which the judge and the appellate court ruled they must turn over.

just an fyi, Judge Lowe has been a lawyer since 1967 and currently sits on the New York State Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct and Ethics. So he does know a thing or two about what does/does not represent misconduct on the part of trial attorneys.
