I would love that to be true, however. If this was the case, why would voom contact its dealers, as i was one, and cancel our dealer numbers. If they were to survive, what are they gonna do? Call us dealers back up and say, oh sorry, wanna try again?

Just a note from a ex voom retailer..... do not give up your boxes to anyone... we have been instructed not to recover any from our customers. That is a VOom direct issue, and they will handle it through letters and phone calls with customers.

Status of pay is a very touchy subject. We have payed our installers however, no pay to our company as of YET. I do give benifit of doubt with the mass confussion, however some sort of notice from them would ease some of our minds.
