I purchased a lifetime subscription to PlayOn 5 years ago. It's not perfect. I've dealt with a few glitches but it is ideal for recording.

I understand the OP's concern but the Braves are so horrible, I didn't realize anyone was actually watching.

The Regurgitator made it through 2 rounds of Britain's' Got Talent in 2010. I am amazed he's made it to the final. I wouldn't be surprised if he wins it all.

Raven, I live in the zip code next door to yours. I too was angry with Dish but I did what Krauser suggested, signed up for unblock-us and never miss a game. It's an extra $5.00 a month but worth every penny.

The Braves make only 3 appearances on "free" TV this season(FOX), barring playoffs.

I give up. For now I am using a workaround MLB.TV and unblock-us, but why pay more to get what I'm already paying for?

You could also consider PlayOn, which offers monthly and annual subscriptions. They may still be offering a lifetime deal. Plus: PlayOn offers all the networks, ESPN 3, news channels, etc. Add private channels and the selections become almost uncountable. Downside: PlayOn runs only on PC's, and...
