Same here and I've only had Directv for a couple of weeks. Tried numerous things like simply resetting the box twice as mentioned here. Waiting for a software fix.

Just my 5 cents and another voice to this issue. This issue had been on and off for the last couple of months. Does appear to be a sw issue. Dish, please fix. It's very annoying when it takes 5-10 seconds for a channel change when using the channel guide and remote.

OK, Solved. My error. I was logged in under DishOnline.com ( a beta site) rather than logging in the dish account directly and then the dish remote access log in. Everything works great.

The problem is not for my iPad or iPhone. I just cannot get my computer to show pre-recorded TV. It only shows 'live' TV no matter if I click a pre-recorded show or not. Can anyone help?
