    I just called in being a new customer... They said they would ship out the 622 today or tomorrow and I would have it in 8 days, then the installer would ocme out and install. I asked about all the big recalls on the unit and they said it was a software problem and it was fixed last month...

    From what I have been reading here... sounds like your screwed for a while... I am a new customer, well not yet... I have been waiting 4 months to join dish, been holding off till this 622 comes out! Tired of waiting! GLAD I WAITED from what ive been reading!

    the dish 1000 arent in use here either... Im a new customer going to a 622 ASAP and they said it would come with the 1000!
