I tried with the HD techs and they said no, but then I did a regular CSR out in India or maybe Pakistan and she cancelled my installation and activated the receiver.

Ahhh read my post in first look 622. I went to advanced Tech and they said no but a csr in a foreign land did activate the 622 and cancel the work order. I guess its all luck of the draw.

Well I added a mothballed 2700 I had in the garage in one of the kids rooms, they said it would not work until I installed the new yellow card which showed up at my door 3 days later.
