Sorry to be such a newbie, but still don't understand "PM", which I thought meant Private Message, but have not learned how to send a "PM"? Suggestions/Instructions?

We have 4 TV's (2 HD upstairs, 1 HD + 1 SD downstairs) but only two DVR's (625 + 322), so we are upgrading to the Hopper/Joey system today. From reading member threads, I know we need 2 Hoppers/2 Joey's. Is there any advantage to placing the order online versus the phone?

We replaced our Hearth room SD set with a 42" Panasonic LED Smart TV. The Dish HD DVR is connected to our 40" Samsung in the Master bedroom. The Best Buy installer informed us we would need a separate DVR. A call to Dish said the DVR is $449 or $17.95 for two years. We pay Dish $69.99 for...
