Bridge is enabled. I have time warenr ultimate. speeds, 50/15. Ethernet. about 30/8 on wifi

I have 2 hoopers but they cannot maintain a connection when I use DishAnywhere. I tried wireless and Ethernet same issue, I know it not my pda as I do not have issue connecting to other video sites directly. Any help or do I have live with it. The video disconnects or buffers. I use it starbuck...
