    Buy versus leased receiver???

    I am cheap, but I buy I have bought all my equipment over 10 years because I want what I what when I want it and not ask/beg for permission! I have sold my used receivers and dishes and switches as I upgraded. The 721 was frustrating, but I got a $200 credit toward my monthly bill.

    Atlanta 1000.4 owners

    If you have a 1000.4 what are your signal meter readings for 72 and 61.5? I'm only getting about 40 for both and probably need to adjust when 77 appears.

    New Smart Cards

    I am confused, I have had eastern arc (61.5 and 72.7) for a week without card. 'Internal card" starts with s191. Am I going to get more channels with a purple card?
