I redownload the 3 that files that you last sent me again, put them in a new directory then ran the user database update again from them and SURPISE, it WORKED. Thanks SOOO much for your help.

I have done this procedure many times. How can I check that the database was transferred accurately when the unit keeps rebooting?

I had forgotten not to remove a satellite from the list after first removing transponders in it. Then shortly after it started to do the boot loop thing.

That is a typo error, I used "Download file(PC -> STB). The whole process worked, it said complete, so according to the procedure it was done. But after removing all connectors, then reattaching the power supply it still boot looped every 20 seconds.
