    I had forgotten not to remove a satellite from the list after first removing transponders in it. Then shortly after it started to do the boot loop thing.

    That is a typo error, I used "Download file(PC -> STB). The whole process worked, it said complete, so according to the procedure it was done. But after removing all connectors, then reattaching the power supply it still boot looped every 20 seconds.
