Thanksgiving night NFL on NFL Network (come on TWC/BHN!!)

Anyone want to see the Harbaugh boys (Ravens v. 49ers) duke it out on Thanksgiving night-- exclusively on the NFL Network? Well, let's let TWC (and BHN) know how we feel. After all, aren't we told that we should contact our provider if we want certain channels? Email: Melinda Witmer, TWC...

Charter add NFL will Time Warner Be Next??

The common belief out there (from Sports Business Journal, among others) is that the NY Post article is "over stated". And, that IF it does happen ... it'll be no sooner than Nov. 10-- when the NFLN begins it's slate of live games...

Time Warner adds more adult channels but still no NFL Network

This is now in the LA Times, NY Post, and USA Today. Not sure this is the kind of publicity TWC wants. Hell, they probably don't give a sh*t. They're just counting money and chuckling. NFL exec wonders why Time Warner added adult channels but not NFL Network | Company Town | Los Angeles Times

Time Warner adds more adult channels but still no NFL Network

From the USA Today: Game On!: Covering the Latest Sports News Is that the kind of headline that TWC execs like to see? My guess ... they don't give a sh*t. They got their bonuses.

    NFL Network Needed ON TWC

Another season begins w/o the NFL Network and Red Zone NFL RedZone Counts 80 Affiliates As Season Kicks Off - 2010-09-12 07:10:03 | Multichannel News So, Red Zone now has over 80 agreements. NFLN has close to 100, including all of the top 5 cable/sat companies EXCEPT TWC. It amazes me how...

    bye bye disney?

I was referring to the comment about TWC and the NFL Network (not the ABC/Disney deal). They don't have a deal for it (and/or Red Zone) and don't seem to be inclined to make one.

    bye bye disney?

Volume is the key. Email: glenn.britt@twcable.com (CEO TWC) landel.hobbs@twcable.com (COO TWC) melinda.witmer@twcable.com (VP Prog, TWC) maureen.huff@twcable.com (PR, TWC) I've done it so much, that I'm sure my email address is spam'd out at TWC.

    NFL Network Needed ON TWC

The thing is ... I don't think they (TWC) care. If they did, they wouldn't be doing this non-sense with Disney (ABC/ESPN). They are losing subs BEFORE the 9/2 deadline. As for the NFLN, their position is absurd. Is it expensive? Yep. But, it's damn popular and people want it. I think more...

    NFL Network Needed ON TWC

New hope for TWC getting NFL Network? Nope. Note ... "Time Warner Cable ... is not a member". (from espn.com) NFL Network agrees to cable co-op deal NEW YORK -- NFL Network has agreed to a deal with the National Cable Television Cooperative to add the channel to more cable systems. NCTC...

    bye bye disney?

It's (TWC/Disney carriage dispute) getting nastier. At least here in Raleigh/Durham (where the local ABC affiliate is owned by Disney). The TV spots have gone from "you have choices" to "switch now-- it's becoming more likely that you will lose your favorite ABC and ESPN channels on Sept. 2nd"...

    NFL Network Needed ON TWC

Yep ... I'm in that same boat. I had Dish a couple of years ago and it was not only expensive (to not have the TWC bundle), but it was also very annoying to lose signal every time it drizzled outside. I'd love to have the NFLN (and MASN here in NC)-- but TWC seems very willing to lose subs...

    NFL Network Needed ON TWC

Cablevision also does not have NFLN. The others in the top 5 do (Comcast, Cox, Direct TV, Dish). http://iwantnflnetwork.com/faq

    NFL Network Needed ON TWC

I'm no insider but I have heard that the NFL offered the same deal accepted by Comcast last year to put it on their digital tier (and not on a specialty sports tier). Rumors are around .45 per sub. Worth it IMO. But, in the end-- there are options if it means that much to you (Dish, DirectTV...
