    Simple breakfast this morning. Scrambled egg and a slice of Swiss cheese on a toasted English muffin. Coffee.

    1 pork tamale with red chile, 1 green chile chicken enchilada and 1 ground beef taco with Spanish rice and refried beans. Mexican lager.

    Earth Day 2024

    Today is Earth Day. I live in an arid climate so I'm planting some drought tolerant plants today. I'm also making some repairs to my drip irrigation system to save water. Do you SatelliteGuys have anything planned today.

    Made a ham and Hatch green chile quiche this morning. I cheated and used a ready made pie crust. Coffee.
