Maybe I'm just slow, but I just noticed a channel that I have not seen before. It's on 9421 and called HDTHR. What the scoop?

It is still Discover HD Theatre. They just changed the channel name to HD Theatre so it did not get confused with Discovery Hd. Discovery did this not DISH.
It's so it will not be confused with Discover HD channel. Change was made around the same time Discover HD was turned on.
Discovery HD Theater changed its name this past Saturday morning, 9/22. I recorded show at 1am CDT and it still had the old name. Stuff I watched at 9am had the new name.
We are also still seeing the old name on their "Buy this show on DVD ads". I guess it will take a long time for that transition to happen and maybe not ever on older shows.
