722k and sling problems

So I got the new software for the 722k on 09/29/2011 L688. Now my sling doesn't work I have tried replacing the ethernet cable, reset receiver, refreshed internet connection on receiver. When I log in for sling it says my "receiver is not connected to internet". I did download a movie with the new blockbuster movie pass so the receiver does have internet. Tech support said it was having issue to try later been like this for three days. Can anyone help me fix this problem I just want to use my sling again on my phone or computer.

I just got the sling for the 722 and having the same problem. Tech support told me 7 days.
 
Here is my setup:

722K
Sling Adapter
L688

I can watch (this AM) dish online (Firefox) and with my iPhone. I do not, however, have BBMP as #3 yet when you hit DVR. I know this caused an issue with the EHD for some.
 
I have a sling adapter and and L688 on my 722k and I have no dvr functions on DISH ONLINE and my receiver has been off line for some time now. I can watch live tv on DISH ONLINE and set timers online that will show up on my dvr, but no recordings or dvr functions . I called in to DISH tech and got them to fill out a report. He said it is something to do with the website and the software. So I guess we gain BlockBuster pass and lose the sling functions in the trade off. DISH : One step forward & two steps back.
 
I had an online chat with support about 2 days ago. L688 definitely broke the remote sling functions. The rep said they knew about it and the ticket is in.
 
Same issue here, can view live TV online, but no DVR recordings. And the site says I'm connected to a Slingbox, as opposed to a Sling adapter. Haven't used a Sling box since leaving DirecTV for Time Warner 2 and a half years ago. And the old site, Dish Remote Access, doesn't even have the "Live TV" button that it usually has.
 
722 on L677. I can watch tv and dvr recordings on DroidX. Have never had more than minimal.success using dishonline

Tried to use DRA app on Android and iPhone yesterday and today with no luck. DishOnline says receiver is offline. Reset DHCP and receiver. Customer service didn't tell me anything about being a big issue.
 
Vip722 @ L677 with sling adapter....

dishonline.com does not show my recordings or timers. Can watch live TV though...

dish.sling does. I can play my recordings and also play ones I have saved with BBMP.

So my conclusion is the dishonline site is screwed up...lol!!
 
My 722 with sling adapter came online today

Software is now L721

but ........ My 922 is now offline

Any updates on this. I have a 722K and I've lost the ability to connect via my IPad.
 
Any of you tried logging out and then back in for the Iphone/pad app? Not stopping / starting.. going to options logging out and then closing the app, bringing it back up and it asking you to log in?

Yes, I logged out and back in on my iPod. I even deleted the app, reloaded it and tried it again.
I did a chat on Wed. asking why I couldn't view my DVR. The rep. said it was a known problem and engineering
was working on it. He could not give me a time frame when to expect it to be fixed.

No luck for me either. I've tried different devices (iPad, Android phone, different browsers), restarted router, modem, 722k, etc etc. It has been like this for almost a week.
