Ever since AT&T did the upgrade to our system to allow viewing from all receivers instead of just from the receiver attached to dvr, we have experienced sync problems with playbacks. Recorded programs that are played back on every other receiver BUT the dvr itself start skipping after several minutes. Using rewind, fast forward, pause and play, we can get past each "skip point", but the problem recurs within a few seconds. So far, AT&T has replaced the dvr, replaced the wall connect from the dvr and restrung the external drop to the house. For the first hour or so after each of these service calls, the dvr playback is fine, but eventually returns. If I could figure out which line is probably at fault, I'd be glad to tell AT&T, so we can finally make this STOP!

Im having this same issue. It is random, doesn't do it all the time. AT& has already come out tested the lines(good) nad replaced my wireless dvr and the WAP. The DVR control box that is wired does not have this issue, so it would, to me, point to an issue with the wireless signal. NOthing is blocking the signal in the house. none of the other wireless devices(laptop, cell phones) are having this issue. Anybody have any thoughts?

Did they replace the gateway?
That might also be the problem?
Sometimes when I have had issues
they do a reset from their end and it fixes the issue.
