In the Twin Cities. I am a big Wpg Jets fan and was looking forward to the TSN broadcast of Jet games on TSN3. I can get 50-55% signal for TSN1 HD and TSN2 HD but only about 45% on TSN3 HD. I lose the TSN 3 HD signal with any cloud cover. I am using a Dish Network 500 plus dish mounted on the roof. I think I need to get a bigger dish to improve my signal. I would like a single dish solution. Any suggestions?

bigger dish would fix that. Being a former Twin Citian (now in Duluth) a 30" dish would work the best. You could even go with a 24" if you can find one. You mention a Dish500+ dish. What receivers and what switches do you have?

I have a Dish500+ dish with 2 coaxial cables to a DPP44 switch. I have two 9241 HD receivers, one 6100 HD receiver and and 4100 receiver. There is single coaxial cable going to all the receivers with DPP separators to the 9241 receivers. I have picked up the stuff on Ebay.
I noticed there are 30" and 33" dishes on Ebay.
Would one of these dishes work? Is there an advantage of an oval vs round dish for multi satellites? Which do you think would work the best for my situation?
What new LNBs would I need? Would I need to change by switch? Is there a vendor you would recommend?

Pretty sure you do not have a working 6100... lol These all died some time ago.

I'm trying to do this with a single dish. At your suggest I found a 40" Channel Master Offset dish.

I don't want to install 2 dishes on my roof and I am only interested in the HD channels on 82W. I bought a Wineguard 75cm with dual LB. Using a FirstStrike I was getting an 80% signal. I am not getting any signal on my receiver and I assume the problem is at the level of my DPP44 switch. Can I still use the DPP44 with only one sat input? Could the DPP separaters at the receiver end be causing a problem? I have 3 HD receivers. Instead of the DPP 44, should I being using a 3 or 4 way splitter to divide the 82W signal?
What is the LNBF ? It will have to be a DP Dual, to feed the DPP44. If it is a legacy, that is your problem.
There is no problem feeding signals (82) from a DP Dual LNBF into just 1 port of a DPP44 Switch, the DPP Seperator will also be fine.
Do NOT use a splitter, you have all you need with the switch.
Not sure you will get any Guide Data off 82, I thought it was only on 91....

Thanks for all the advice. The guide data downloaded off the 82 signal. I have a great signal for 82 and getting all my HD channels!
