Hotspot for an RV

Does anyone here have a dedicated hotspot in their RV? We are considering it. If you have, do you have an external antenna set up? How did you get the wire into your RV?

I use the Personal Hotspot on an iPhone. Slow, but good enough.

They are laying new cable where we keep our trailer, but I expect they'll want too much money.

You can put a coax plate on the inside and outside with one small hole drilled. You can make it look original equipment. I did, on our previous unit.

Netgear makes a 4g router. It has eithernet and can use external antennas.

I use a Mifi (att) in the Rv ...
Its wireless, works off the cell towers.
