Honestly, I rather enjoy Poke's Android News post. He obviously hits a lot more Android sites that I do, so I find some of the links interesting. Not all are comment-worthy, but I do follow a lot of them.
I like it because I no longer go to sites such as Gizmodo and The Verge as it's all political ranting instead of electronics talk.
When I see something of interest I will click it and go to those sites but that's about all I do at those sites now.

Does he still do that ? I know he did it a lot in the phone forums, so much that with a 10-post-per-page display setup, ALL of the posts were his. I remember when Google was effectively penalizing the site because of the high amount of threads with zero content or discussion.... When that happened, something got done about it !
Personally, I no longer browse the sub-forums he does this in, because of him.
Just had to check something.... The most recent thread in the Android forum is from (3) weeks ago and the most recent post in that thread is (6) days ago. After that, the most recent post activity is 2w4d, then 9w,1d, then 17w,5d. Is Poke to blame for no one using that sub-forum ?

Regarding the too bright issue that I mentioned earlier in this thread... While reading the forums, I realized that I could go to preferences and change the 'Style' to 'SatelliteGuys 2016'. That fixes the 'too bright in a darkened room' issue for me. A simple fix that was already there!
Quick question: When I try to bring up the site in Safari on my iPhone 6, I am unable to log in as the page hangs loading and the new logo fills the screen. It won't let me slide over to find the login button/link.

Can you request the desktop site, log in, then go back to mobile view and see if that fixes it?
I see the same problem, no side-to-side scrolling possible.
Solution: Rotate your phone 90º

Edit: scrolled to the Style Picker, selected the old 2016 style, was able to click on the Login link, logged in, went down to the Style Picker, selected Default, and got the same thing, except for my avatar at the top.
Edit: now the Tapatalk app is securing the image so I can't show what's going on.
I think I died and I'm in IT Heck. I'm trying to pass the time waiting for my Windows 7 desktop to restore from the backup I made earlier. And one of my users is trying to upgrade his MacBook Pro to an SSD which should be a 60-90 minute process except his old HDD has a bad spot which causes the Image Backup to die.
And now SatelliteGuys hates me.

I noticed a glitch previously and didn't give it much thought, but figured it may be worth mentioning. If you highlight text in a post and choose the "Reply" option, it jumps down to the reply box, but goes too far:
I'm using Chrome on macOS. Maybe it's a Chrome bug, but then again, Chrome is the most common browser out there.... I'm also using the default 2017 theme.
Happens with the 2016 theme too.
So we got rid of post and like count on the forum screens again? Not a big deal, just noticed it today when I saw a name that I didn't recognize in the Pub.
Click the little down-arrow next to the person's name. Actually, you don't even have to click it, just mouse-over it.
At first, my OCD kicked in and it bugged the hell out of me ! Our username isn't centered properly because it's offset just slightly by the down-arrow. Yes, I notice things like that !!
