I'm ready to Cancel Dish because of those Burger King Commercials.

The station owners are the ones putting in ads, if you're seeing burger King the most, guess what? That's because burger King is paying their bills lol. As far as volume differences that's what happens when switching between dolby digital and stereo formats. Neither problem is dish related.

Did you not read my post, said I had that speed in 2001, here is what I posted about 1996- Go be Juan elsewhere if you cannot correctly refer to what was posted.

The is a volume leveling setting on the Hopper. Most likely it won't work but try it. Another provider will have less volume selling Whoppers.

Unless you had 2 modems tied together somehow..you didn't get that speed in 1996 In reality you couldn't do anything with those speeds if you really had them...wasn't much of a web in 1996 https://www.pingdom.com/blog/the-web-in-1996-1997/

Who was your provider? DOCSIS 2.0 only went up to 40Mb down, and DOCSIS 3.0 didn't come out until 2006. TimeWarner Cable didn't offer speeds over 20Mb where I am until the late 2000s.

    Stream Confusion

The problem with the guide freezing and restarting seems to have cleared up. It was probably just because it was so new. I remember that with the satellite service it took a while for the guide to be fully populated.

I'm ready to Cancel Dish because of those Burger King Commercials.

It's now illegal for them to boost volume for ads. But maybe they just want to have it their way. Still, they are controlling the weather forecasts on all of the locals

DISH and Cox Media Group Reach New agreement!

Yes, but fortunate for me what would be my RSN (NESN from Boston), is not the one I want. The one I want is SNY from NY so MLB.TV works for me here in Massachusetts (literally 4 mile drive from the NY State Line) to get the games on SNY. This is one of those odd markets (Berkshire County Mass)...

That would work, except Kroger isn't in areas I will be needing ... Greer SC and Brooklyn Mi I use Kroger all the time here in the Toledo area. Juan did give me an idea, look to see what services deliver groceries from those areas. As much as I HATE Walmart, she may end up using it as it...

Juan’s post was about Instacart+ , which is $10 a month, plus those who deliver expect a tip. I pay Kroger $35 a year for free delivery ( as many times as I need) and there is no tip.
