I kinda figured this out: there's two muxes at 4161 and 4162, same SR (according to that PDF), my recvr doesn't differentiate much between the 2 muxes due to close frequency. The one that locks for me mostly is the Classical24 feed, which ironically feeds a local HD radio channel (WETS HD-3)...
