Is the receiver transcoding or the PC?

Somehow it must be transcoding to do this streaming. IF you have no controls buried somewhere to adjust the transcoding streams, you likely can't fix it.

Started season 3 last night. I liked episode 1 well enough. Wrapped up the Gorn story from season 2. From comments here and elsewhere i am a little leary of the remainder of the season.

I believe it sounds like its a Harmony problem, as the power button is the same for all remotes, and if DISH changed things all other universal removes would also not work for that problem.
