we can see every box we have on our online acct. the numbers off the boxes give it up as to what's what. it will even say if it's owned or fleesed... dish can remote into the hoppers i imagine they can with the wallys if there connected to the internets

Might just be something that is a one off. If it happens again, just unplug the Hopper from its power source let it sit for 5 minutes and the plug it back in. If the issue continues I suggest you call service.
