    They have totally screwed up this playoff system. this having a month off was wrong 50 years ago as well. and there is never more than 8 teams in any sport worthy of post season play. but it's just entertainment anyway. proves nothing this way.

    No VPN. I removed the Dish stuff from the home network and connected through the cell phone Hotspot WiFi. Same issue; no 4k download but other programming will download.
