new phone upgrades are a cost per month no more subsidizing. cost goes from @ 10 a month to 30, varies by model website has the actual numbers i typically buy my phones used from swappa or craigs list oh and iirc the data only rolls over for 1 month, after that its gone

call verizon, you can add it to yhe plan for a month iirc, we do it at work on occasion

meh, wife and used amost 40gb last month, still no other option for us than the unlimited we have

see how the samsung line reception is where you plan on using it in my experience the samsungs phones are great, but there reception falls below a motorola or htc phone (based on samsung omnia, s1, s4 vs moto droid 1, 4, razrhd and htc thunderbolt)
