Doesn't seem that way, but the channel description mentions "sports lovers" so it must be customers that used to have or currently have an out-of-market sports package.

Does one need to have a certain package to get this offer??

A year of it on them, $179 value. Only select customers are getting it.

I'm not convinced that it should drop the viewership at all. The accusation equates to a YouTuber initiating their own views as opposed to the visits of others. As long as the directv YouTube link remains, a view through here would seem legitimate.
