Can anyone tell me if the HR20 is the same as the HR10 in terms of the need for contiunous connection to a land line (telephone)? My Tivo only needed to connect once and I have been able to use it without being connected all the time, Does the HR20 need to dial in at all in order to use the DVR...

My current physical address is NYC, if I move to another market which offers locals will my east HD feeds still be NY? Does anyone know if D* is planning to offer WB and UPN HD feeds anytime soon, or is that part of the the MPEG4 upgrade.

Sorry if I'm a little slow on the uptake but my understanding was that Sunday Ticket games were available in HD if the original brodcast was HD. I only get the local games in HD though, none of the other games. Am I missing something or missinformed? Thanks for your feedback.

When a Tivo unit phones home who does it call, Tivo or Directv ? If it's downloading Tivo software does it not call Tivo then ...? If it does call Tivo do they share the info (area code called from etc.) with D*? :confused:

Anyone know how sticky D* CSRs are when calling in with only partial account info. Will they let me change account info with only my access card # and credit card #? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
