I am also excited about any possibility of getting some of the old Monsters/Kung Fu Voom movies back on the air but it would be terrible if they were on AMC itself. The way that they cut movies and interrupt them with commercials makes them close to useless when it comes to movie watching...

I've read all of the available court documents on this (both Dish and Voom's sides). My interpretation is also that Dish is trying to save a ton by trying to dump this 15 year agreement. Voom is shooting for the moon by refusing to alter any portion of the agreement. I personally see Voom...

I know that some aren't interested, but for those that are, the first amended complaint was filed in the Voom vs. Echostar lawsuit. There has been no response by Echostar yet. It looks to me like Voom has a strong case against Echostar.
