well it appears as though the problem was caused due to an actual issue with the DSL line itself. at&t did some troubleshooting with me and its fine now..............lets hope it stays this way!!!!

OK so last sunday my DECA Broadband Wireless adapter quit working at all. (It was the black one) No green lights at all. DirecTV sent me a new DECA but its a long white one now. Tech installed it for me yesterday and ever since the HD receiver (H24-200) in our bedroom keeps "disconnecting"...

With DISH I could set up a password so that in order to buy a PPV you needed to enter the password. Can i do this on DirecTV also?

When I am watching this the sound effects and music are very loud but the voices are very low. Is this just an issue with this show and is anyone else experiencing this lso???

Yeah it is. The DVR is all working good now. I just reset the DVR and that seemed to work.

I pay $35 for what I get now and like I said it may occasionally go a bit over 2M. I see comast has decent prices but they all say that the prices are for customers with comcast cable. I don't see anything for internet only customers.

Yeah my DSL is the "elite" according to at&t I have never seen it much over 2M though..... maybe I need to look into comcast.

I just have DSL at my house and everytime I attempt to d/l something off on demand it seems to be sooooooo slow. Is there a way make it faster OTHER than faster internet?

I don't know if the dvr is working in the other room. Im at work now and she is sleeping. We have the HD DVR in the living room with a HD regular receiver in the bedroom. The aatellie has the 3 "heads" on it. Sorry im a newbie to this!

My wife just called and said she is trying to watch a reccorded show but she says its just a gray screen. She is watching it on our master bedroom tv and our dvr is in the living room. We have some strong storms going through but that wouldn't effect the stuff recorded on the dvd, would it?

I have that ability now but I didnt see him use any CAT-5 cable from one receiver to the other. Could he have done it another way?
