    Programming change fee

    I think it has to do with locals because I upgraded to get Nick for a week and saw the $10 charge when I switched back to Flex. What I noticed was if I kept locals, I would only be charged $5. So, I made the change, keeping locals, then dropped locals and was not charged the second $5.

    Something I find interesting is that a Dish inserted commercial will be in HD even on an SD channel like POP. If you have a dvr, just hit "skip back" and the ad will be gone.

    DISH Introduces Flex Pack

    I added the national action pack once in the morning and removed later that day, same with regional action pack, but a different day, and did not incur a $5 fee. In fact, I don't think I was even charged a single cent for having the packs for the few hours that I had them.

    I have Dish America and am getting both TV Land & BBC America even though neither are listed as free previews. Dish America is a HD package, so I shouldn't be getting TV Land unless it was a free preview.

    Pretty much. They moved Smackdown to USA from SyFy just to keep USA at the top. I hope when this dispute ends, the channels will be on Sling TV.
