I'm getting some strange package options on the Directv satellite side. Anyone else have this? I have several options for each package. One of the options for the Premier package says it's $0, I don't believe that though.

It is the streaming service as you can see the channel count is only 140. I'm assuming it's just an error, but was excited at first thinking they might of actually added channels to it.

Does Directv really offer a sports pack lineup? When looking at the different packages, under Premier, it states the movie channels along with Sports Pack channels. What channels are these? Or is this just an error that they forgot to take out when copying it from the satellite service?

I came back to Directv in July. I started out with the Choice package, but then found out that I was missing a few channels I'd really like to have. After about month or so, I upgraded to the Ultimate package, but the price went up to around $100 instead of the price advertised on their website...

I was curious if the model H25 still utilizes the green, yellow and blue buttons at all on the remotes. I know the old software did and I know the Genie software doesn't.

I wish Tivo and Directv Now got together and integrated the two, allowing users to connect OTA and run Direct Now service to the Tivo, something like Dish is doing with their Sling tv box.

I have a similar problem. When I download a on demand show or movie, it will almost always download for a bit and the state, "download failed". I will come back later and it will continue downloading it. This just started recently. I have the Hopper w/ Sling on the carbon software.

Sorry if this has been answered before but I was curious about something. If I have just 3 wireless joeys and 1 hopper, do I really need a solo hub? Can I run the wire straight from the dish to the grounding block and then to the hopper?

I'm hoping this solves my issue I have every morning. I turn on my 4k tv and my 4k joey is already on, but locked up. I have to unplug it every morning or keep hitting buttons on the remote until the 4k joey reboots itself. Very annoying.

I don't think that the new UI is priority for the first gen Hopper since it isn't compatible with the 4k Joey. At least from what I saw on the internet. So maybe that is why there isn't a version out yet for that series.

I wouldn't mind buying the 4k Joey, which would be the additional joey. I know I could go with the Hopper 3 and add up to 6 joeys without an issue, but it would just be overkill. I don't need that many tuners. Are you saying that if I bought that 4th Joey, I could have Dish activate it? Would I...

Is it possible to have more than 3 joeys if you have only one hopper and one super joey? There won't be more than two joeys in use at a time. I currently have 3 wireless joeys and don't want any wires going to other rooms to share the joeys. If i could have a 4th joey, it would be wired though...

You were right. I had to opt for the wireless Joeys if I only wanted two cables ran in the house. The area the cables were being ran were in a tight spot, didn't have much room to put any more in it.

I called AT&T UVerse customer support. I'm going to call during the week and talk to someone else. I agree. I can't see why I'd have to do that.

I currently have internet and phone service through AT&T Uverse. The modem I have is a Motorola NVG510. TV service is now available in my area and I was told by an AT&T rep that since it's a different technology, I'm assuming the modulation and modem, that I would need to cancel service first...

Turns out it was the lnb. For kicks I unplugged the power inserter and plugged it back in. That seemed to fix it. Not sure why that did, but I decided to try that before replacing the lnb.
