    Well if you assume a bitrate of 3mbps that's about 375kBps. So doing that math thats 22.5 MB per minute, then we are at 1.35 GB per hour. So depending on the streaming quality just an hour a day would be 40GB.

    I would have figured that the live stream would be treated more closely to cable/sat. I could see the above example of Netflix in regards to the VOD content. But maybe it is the fact that it is online and not the nature of the content (live vs VOD).

    That is what confused me. So SlingTV has the transmission rights for A&E the channel but then there is another layer to it where the content is locked based on contracts? Has that ever been an issue with standard cable and sat transmission rights?

    On the PC App I was able to search for True Detective and it found it but didn't have any info so you couldn't select any epsidoes. They added the missing Veep episode. And they added one episode more of silicon Valley (Episode 6 to go with 2 and 3). So maybe it is a gradual thing.

    My experience with the Final Four games was the Duke/MSU game was unwatchable on TBS. Kept getting "Content not Authorized" every 5 minutes. I could reload the channel but it would pop up again. And that's not the first time I have seen that message, other times its just annoying, it happens...
