    I think it may usually prove to be more productive to use the phone, but like I said, I chose the option that was more convenient for the environment that I was in at the time. I also believe that if the tech support chat is not comparable, then it should not be offered.

    Thanx for the response. On their website, if you click on Dish Remote Access it says that you can view and program. If you click on Sling it says the same functions, but it seems to require extra equipment and has HD capabilities. Is that the only differences?

    Good Experience with Dish

    That is very nice to hear. Traditionally people with bad experiences are FAR more vocal than people who are content. It is good to know there are people not looking to fault someone and are simply enjoying their service. I think we could all stand (myself included) to be a bit more positive.

    You are signed up for the classic gold. You should receive all the viacoms. It seems to be only the turboHD and Absolute HD subscribers that are not getting those. Nick should be fine with classic gold
